“THE GREATEST ART IN THE WORLD IS THE ART OF STORY TELLING.” Cecil B.DeMille Story telling is a universal and traditional art form that has featured strongly in Indian culture as an effective communication tool. It can be used to inform, entertain and educate. It is often used as a medium to ingrain values, improving reading skills and opening the minds of children to worlds beyond imagination.

An author’s talk session was organized for the students of grade VII by a renowned author Ms. Ilika Ranjan on 12 July, 2018. The session was indeed valuable and distinct.

The students were made familiar with the characters of the book ‘Secrets of Zynpagua’. Children found it really interesting and enjoyed the story. As the book is peppered with Spanish lines, certain Spanish words with their meanings were also taught to the students. It was an interactive session and will surely help the young souls for creative thinking.
