At DPS Bangalore South, we work towards creating a learning process and environment, which empowers the future citizens to become global leaders in the emerging knowledge society. The CBSE Board advocates an emphasis on an all –inclusive development of learners. The Board commits itself to providing a stress-free learning environment that will develop competent, confident and enterprising citizens who will promote harmony and peace and participate in nation building. The Secondary section comprises classes 9 and 10.
The curriculum is designed on the structured framework by the CBSE and our excellent faculty enable children to gain academic excellence, engage them in collaborative projects and activities that assist them in carving a niche for themselves. Emphasis is given towards assisting each child to face the Board exams with confidence so that their aspirations turn into reality. Assessments are held as per the examination bye – laws – CBSE. School timings are from 8 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
