Inaugural Ceremony of Atal Tinkering Lab

The Atal Tinkering Lab was inaugurated by distinguished Chief Guest, Shri. K Rahman Khan, Hon’ble Former Minister of Minority Affairs, Chairman, KKECT and Pro Vice Chairman, DPS Bangalore/ Mysore on 11th September. A robot greeted Chairman Sir. In his address to the students of the, Tinkering club that comprised children from grades 5 to 12, he mentioned the importance of infusing creative and innovative thought processes to resolve challenges. The Chairman also encouraged children to probe into varied aspects of Science and technology to help assist governments in the nation building process. The Chairman interacted with students on different components of the, Atal lab. Mr. Akash, Mentor from Evobi Automations addressed the gathering on the possibilities of the Atal lab. Student mentor Pratap Vangol presented his work on robots that used sensors for detection and movement. Students displayed a few working models that we’re designed to help Senior citizens tackle their daily concerns. Mr. Maqsood Ali Khan and Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan, esteemed members, Board of Management were also present on the occasion.
