Jai Hind! Jai Hind! Was the slogan echoing in the campus of Delhi Public school, Bangalore – South during the freedom walk taken as a part of the celebration by the tiny tots of Nursery. A short presentation was screened , educating the kids about National symbols and few important values. Cleanliness and non-littering one’s street, city and state was the value emphasised as a mark of respect towards the Nation. The event was concluded by singing” We Shall Overcome” in English, Hindi and Kannada by the Nursery teachers.
Thus, in this way the seeds of Patriotism were sowed in the hearts of young citizens of our country.
