Young Alumini Achievement – Sanaa Alvira

SANAA ALVIRA, an alumnus of Delhi Public School, Bangalore South has made it to the selected canfidates to pursue International Studies and Politics at the LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS, an institution that has been ranked world no. 3 for the course after Harvard and University of Oxford.

She was a student from LKG to Std.XII and had topped the Humanities stream for the State in the CBSE Class XII with 96.4%. She scored 100/100 in History and 98/100 in Political Science. She qualified for the stiff Delhi University cut-offs and got admission at St.Stephen’s College Delhi, where she did her undergraduate studies, focusing on Political Science and History.

From Class XI at DPS and throughout her undergraduate studies at St.Stephen’s College, Sanaa was very actively involved in Model United Nations (MUN). She became the Assistant Secretary-General Charge d’affaires of St.Stephen’s MUN in 2016 and Director of Simulations of St.Stephen’s Planning Forum Society that was responsible for the 10th edition of MUN held in January 2018.
