Youth Leadership program (YLP) organized by Toastmasters International
The first batch of students successfully completed the Youth Leadership program (YLP) organized by Toastmasters International. Parents witnessed the metamorphosis of their children who we’re shy, diffident into confident orators. It was a heart- warming session to see many dipsites showing a keen desire to hone their public speaking and leadership skills. The Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) is designed to improve the communication and leadership skills of students. Through a comprehensive course module that is spread over six to eight days, students are trained to speak with confidence, present their thoughts in a clear and concise manner, improve their listening skills, and learn from their personal strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Raj Kumar Bansal, Program Quality Director, District 92, Toastmasters International was present on the occasion. Sincere gratitude to DTM Naina Jairaj, DTM Bhuvana and DTM Krishnakanth for facilitating the sessions and assisting students to reach their goals. Kudos children and wish you the very best!!
